Customer Service and Employee Engagement Specialist
Between 1997 and 2003, Graham and the team designed and delivered ground-breaking induction and management training that led to Investors in People accreditation and a national reputation for great customer service. Graham left GNER in 2003 and helped Hallmark Healthcare achieve the Hospitality Assured award and Southern Railway transform their induction programme.
From 2006, Graham worked for Travelex, where he was responsible for a talent management programme that won a Regional Award at the National Training Awards. Graham has worked as a freelance trainer and consultant since 2010. He is a member of the Engage for Success Guru Group and leads the Engage for Success Special Interest Group for the Passenger Transport Industry. Graham was invited to be a judge at the 2013 U.K. Customer Experience Awards and the Customer Service Training Awards.
